Make some art while you enjoy your snow day today! Remember to bring in your artwork to school the next day we are back! Enjoy your snow day! If you find yourself needing something to do today during the snow day you can complete the Snow Day Art Challenge! Please be creative with the challenges that request for you to build things out of snow. You may use other materials you can find in your house to build these items or make your own snow with household items. Please do not go outside! It is dangerously cold outside, and I do not want anyone to get sick or hurt from being outside. Have fun! Mrs. Woody The students have been working hard on their puzzle pieces for the first three art classes. The students drew images about themselves on their puzzle pieces. The puzzle pieces are now a school-wide puzzle hanging on the bulletin board outside of the cafeteria. All students did a fantastic job creating a collaborative piece of artwork!
Welcome Back! It has been great seeing all of the students again and hearing about their wonderful summers. I am excited about the awesome artwork the students will be creating this school year. I will be announcing the winners of the summer art challenge next week. Please remember to send in your papers with your students by the beginning of next week.
Thank you to all of the students who participated in the Easter Art Challenge. Congratulations to all of the winners! The students did a great job with their Easter Break Art Challenges. Enjoy some videos of students testing their egg drop protections. Congratulations to the ELEVEN students whose eggs did not drop!
Happy Snow Day! Enjoy completing some art challenges for the snow day! I look forward to seeing your projects! |
